It is by appointment only and you cant speak to a human or face to face.I tried to make an appointment online over a week before our arrival and no services were available.
Regarding amenities, the Spa was not available. The shower curtain was stained and needed to be replaced and I'm not sure what was on the bathroom floor. To top it off, we didnt even receive maid service. When I asked for a better room I was told the only rooms left were smoking. The heater was so noisy that actually getting sleep was quite limited. I spent nearly $500 for two days and our room was less than a Motel 6 plete with the neighbor's headboard banging on our wall at 11:30 pm. And the inroom coffee was absolutely undrinkable. With that said, the buffet was closed, the specialty coffee shop was closed.
